Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifying reliable suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Processing purchase orders, verifying specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely procurement of required items.
  • Contract Management: Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements, and monitoring contract performance.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting periodic audits, and implementing effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory costs.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Collaborating with finance teams to develop procurement budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality and service levels.
