Utilizing hospitality software, you will efficiently manage orders, track table availability, and process payments. Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests, assist them in finding suitable seating, and provide menus.
  • Taking and Delivering Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them to the kitchen.
  • Providing Menu and Specials Information: Offer detailed information about the menu, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate and address guest needs, promptly resolve any issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
