 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Officer to join our team at The District Hotel. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. You will work closely with the other departments to support the hotel's talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.

Technical Expertise 

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment, from job postings to interviews. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage attendance and leave, and generate reports. Implement HR policies and programs.

  • Employee Relations: Resolve inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs. Identify needs and facilitate sessions.

  • ERP System Management: Utilize ERP system for HR functions, ensuring data accuracy and maximizing capabilities.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for HR management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice to Have

  • ERP Software Experience: Familiarity with HR ERP software for managing employee records, payroll, and benefits.

  • Recruitment and Selection Skills: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

  • Employee Relations Experience: Handling conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • HR Policy and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing HR data and generating reports for decision-making.
