 The Health Club Supervisor at the District Hotel is responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel's health club facility. They will ensure the smooth functioning of the health club, including managing staff, coordinating fitness programs and classes, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests. The supervisor will utilize hospitality software to efficiently manage memberships, track usage, and generate reports. They will also collaborate with other hotel departments to promote health club services and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the health club facility.

  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, address inquiries, and provide personalized experiences.
  • Fitness Program Coordination: Organize and oversee diverse fitness programs and classes.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain records, generate reports, and utilize hospitality software for efficient management.
